Just grab and go with this delicious breakfast for one.

Take your favourite breakfast yogurt (I like Greek), and put 3 tbsp. in the bottom of a mason jar/large jam jar.

Add a handful of granola and top it off with the fruits of your choice – I usually add about 10 raspberries and 15 blueberries. You can repeat the layers again if you want for a pretty effect.

Screw the top on and take it with you to school/work or just the park. Just don’t forget the spoon!
